How does billing work?

Plans are billed per workspace, monthly or annually — annual billing is discounted. During early access, pricing is indicative and may change before self-serve billing goes live; your account owner will always confirm terms before any charge.

What counts as usage?

Two usage units: a CV score (one candidate scored against one role's rubric) and an AI interview (one completed browser interview). Re-opening a candidate you've already scored for the same role doesn't count again — you're only charged for new work.

What happens if I hit my monthly limit?

Limits are soft — we notify you as you approach them and nothing stops mid-hire. You can add capacity or upgrade at any time, and unused allowance doesn't roll over.

What are the trial terms?

The 14-day trial is free and needs no card. You get the full Growth feature set with a capped allowance (50 CV scores, 10 AI interviews) so you can run a real role end to end before deciding.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep what you've paid for.

Is candidate data used to train models?

No. Candidate submissions aren't used to train models, and demographic signals are stripped before scoring so decisions rest on the evidence in the application.
